Information We Collect

We collect personal data (name, email, payment info) when you register for programs or purchase products. Additionally, we gather biometric data from EEG/HRV sensors, including alpha/beta/gamma wave patterns, heart rate, and skin conductance, to tailor your experience. All biometric data is anonymized before any research use.

• Personal Identification: Name, email address, phone number, billing address.
• Biometric Data: EEG signals, HRV metrics, galvanic skin response.
• Usage Data: Session duration, completion rates, app interactions.

How We Use Your Data

We process your data to: (a) deliver personalized meditation guidance; (b) improve our algorithms through machine learning on aggregated, de-identified data; (c) comply with legal obligations under GDPR and CCPA. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Biometric data is stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months for legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Research data is retained indefinitely but fully anonymized—no re-identification possible.

Your Rights
