By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Service Descriptions

We provide meditation coaching, biofeedback training, and neurostimulation protocols. These are intended for cognitive enhancement and stress reduction, not as a substitute for medical treatment. You must have a physician’s clearance if you have epilepsy, cardiac conditions, or are pregnant.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate health information during intake
• Follow safety instructions for EEG devices (e.g., do not use while driving)
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials

Payment & Refunds

All fees are non-refundable after 14 days of purchase, except for cancellations before the first session. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours prior. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service causing the claim. We are not responsible for indirect damages (e.g., lost productivity) arising from use or inability to use our services. This limitation complies with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, including meditation scripts, audio files, and software, is owned by Meditation & Focus and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, CA, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
